乳腺腺样囊性癌1例

摘要 乳腺的腺样囊性癌（adenoidcysticcarcinoma，ACC）又名乳腺腺样囊肿病、腺囊性基底细胞癌或圆柱瘤样癌，极为罕见，文献报道ACC发病率不足0．1％，5年生存率高达100％。ACC与涎腺发生的腺样囊性癌有相似的组织形态，在病理诊断特别是穿刺活检中，很容易造成误诊。现将2011年9月诊断的1例报告如下。
