老年患者踝关节旋前外旋Ⅲ度损伤手术治疗的疗效 被引量：2

摘要 踝关节旋前外旋损伤是踝关节骨折中不常见的损伤，约占踝关节骨折的7％～19％^[1]。其中Ⅲ度损伤可出现内踝骨折或三角韧带断裂，外踝下胫腓联合上方骨折，距骨外侧移位，导致踝关节不稳，日后形成创伤性关节炎。因此，目前主张积极手术治疗，重建踝穴的稳定性^[2]。而老年患者由于其特殊的生理特性，治疗相对棘手，我科室自2006年7月至2010年12月采用外科手术治疗踝关节旋前外旋Ⅲ度损伤老年患者，治疗效果较好。
