摘要
目的 :对鹿角粉、含鹿角粉的乳宁冲剂、乳宁冲剂阴性样品进行检测。方法 :采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 (Polyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis,简称PAGE) ,以 pH8.3系统制备凝胶及缓冲液 ,浓缩胶浓度 2 .5 % ,分离胶浓度 15 %。 结果 :乳宁冲剂电泳图谱中有 4个蛋白斑点。结论 :实验取得了较满意的效果 ,为该类样品的鉴别提供了较可靠的方法。
Objective:To measure the samples of antler powder, Runing Granules containing antler powder and negative control sample (without antler powder).Methods:The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used in this test. The gel and buffer solution were prepared with the system of pH8.3. The Densities of concentrated gel and separated gel were 2.5% and 15%, respectively.Results:There were 4 protein spots discovered in the electrophoretogram of Runing Granules. Conclusion:The test results are satisfactory. It will supply a reliable method for the identification of this kind of smaple.
