摘要
目的 :以消痔瘘丸中大黄素含量为指标考察其稳定性。方法 :采用恒温加速实验测定稳定性 ;大黄素测定采用双波长薄层扫描法。结果 :实验数据经统计学处理 ,推算其室温下有效期为 3.19a。
Objective: to study the stability of active components in xiao zhilou pills in emodin as an index.Methods: The thermostatic accelerated test was used and emodin was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanning.Results: The shelf life of pills was predicted as 3.19 years after the experimental data were calculted by statistics.
