摘要
目的 :观察以优降糖合自拟中药方“降糖方”治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效。方法 :将1 0 3例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 5 2例 ,用优降糖和中药“降糖方” ,对照组 5 1例 ,单用优降糖 ,均连续治疗 3个月。结果 :治疗组在临床疗效 (显效率 )及降低血糖、升高血清胰岛素水平、改善血液流变学等方面 ,优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论
Purpose: To observe the curative effects of glyburide and the self-prepared formula “Jiang Tang Fangon” on non-insulin dependant diabetes mellitus(NIDDM). Methods: 103 cases with NIDDM were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group with 52 cases was treated with both glyburide and “Jiang Tang Fang”, while the control group with only glyburide. The 3-month treatment was given to patients. Results: Better curative effects were indicated in the treatment group than in the control group in relation to lowering blood sugar, increasing serum insulin and improving blood rheology( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions: Better curative effects can be achieved with the application of both glyburide and the self prepared formula “Jiang Tang Fang” than only with the application of glyburide in treating NIDDM.
