摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定清感利咽颗粒中的龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法采用ZorbaxSBC18色谱柱,以含1%乙酸的水-甲醇（1∶1）为流动相,测定波长275nm,柱温25℃,流速为0.8mL.min-1。结果线性回归方程为Y=6.83X＋1.3866,范围为0.40~40.0μg·mL-1,r=1.0000。结论本法操作简便、方法准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of Gentiopicroside in QingGanLiYan Granules.METHODS Use the ZorbaxSBC18 column,its mobile phase was 1%acetic acid in water-methanol（1∶1）,the detection wavelength was 275nm,the column temperature was 25℃,and flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1.RESULTS The regression equation was Y=6.83X＋1.3866,which was linear over the range of 0.40~40.0μg·mL-1,r=1.0000.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of this Granules.
