胰腺癌组织中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子的表达及其意义

摘要 目的研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用,与肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测31例胰腺癌组织、癌旁组织以及14例正常胰腺组织中MIF表达水平,分析MIF表达与各项临床病理特点及血清CEA、CA199水平的关系。结果 MIF在胰腺癌组织中的表达为87.1%,高于癌旁组织的54.8%和正常胰腺组织的7.4%(P<0.01);癌旁组织的MIF表达高于正常组织(P<0.01)。MIF的表达与肿瘤分化程度及远处转移有关(P<0.05),MIF表达阳性患者的血清CA199水平高于MIF表达阴性患者,而血清CEA水平两组间无显著统计学意义。结论 MIF对胰腺癌的发生发展起重要作用,可能促进正常腺体组织向胰腺癌发生和发展。MIF可作为胰腺癌的一种血清标志物,联合CA199的检测可更好的发现胰腺癌。 Objective To study the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) in pancreatic carcinoma and its role in tumor development,explore the relationship with serum levels of Carcinoembryonic(CEA) and CA-19-9 Antigen(CA199).Methods Expression of MIF counts in 31 cases of pancreatic carcinomar tissue,carcinoma-adjacent pancreatic tissue and 14 cases of normal pancreatic tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry;compared the relationship of MIF expression and clinicopathological features,MIF expression and the serum level of CEA and CA-19-9 Antigen.Results The positivity rates of MIF was 87.1% in pancreatic carcinoma tissue,54.8%(17/31) in carcinoma-adjacent pancreatic tissue.MIF expression in carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than adjacent and normal tissue(P〈0.01),adjacent tissues significantly higher than normal tissue(P〈0.01).The expression of MIF ralate to carcinoma differentiation and distant metastasis(P〈0.05).The serum CA-19-9 Antigen levels in MIF-positive carcinoma group was higher than in MIF-negative(P〈0.05) group,and the serum CEA levels in this two group were not have significantly different.Conclusion The over-expression of MIF plays an important role on the occurrence and development of pancreatic carcinoma,MIF maybe a useful serum marker in diagnosis pancreatic cacinoma,combined CA-19-9 can better detect pancreatic cacinoma and improve the efficiency of diagnosis.
