摘要
目的探讨球结膜下注射高三尖杉酯碱对眼球的毒性作用方法在兔眼局部应用０．３ｍｇ／ｍｌ、０ ．４５ｍｇ／ｍｌ二种不同浓度剂量的高三尖杉酯碱，观察视网膜电图的变化结果在 ０ ．４５ｍｇ／ｍｌ浓度下，兔眼视网膜电图与对照组相比，ｂ波振幅发生异常结论高三尖杉酯碱在一定的剂量范围内，可安全的应用于临床。
Objective To study the ocular toxicity of subconjunctival injection of homoharringtonine. Methods Two groups rabbits were received local using 0. 3mg/ml, 0. 45mg/ml homoharringtonine respectively, and observed the change of ERG. Results The abnormal b wave was observed when 0. 45mg/ml homoharring tonine was used comparing with the control group. Conclusion Homoharringtonine can be used safely within a certain dose extent to promoth the success rate of glaucoma filtering surgery within a certain dose extent.
