毛竹叶化感成分对阳春砂仁种子发芽的影响 被引量:7

摘要 就毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens)对阳春砂仁(Amomum villosum Lour.)种子萌发的化感效应进行了探讨.采用混合溶剂浸渍法分别提取鲜毛竹叶、腐解9个月后的毛竹枯枝落叶和腐解土中的化感物质,用丙酮两相溶剂萃取法萃取分离,得弱极性化感物质和极性化感物质.分别设50、100和200 mg/L 3个化感物质处理组,分别测定其对阳春砂仁种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽盛期和发芽结束时间的化感效应.结果表明,鲜毛竹叶化感物质对阳春砂仁种子的萌发具有显著抑制作用,且质量浓度越高抑制作用越显著,而腐解9个月后的毛竹枯枝落叶和腐解土中的化感物质则对阳春砂仁种子的萌发无明显抑制作用,而且部分还呈现促进作用. Allelopathy of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens on Amomum villosum Lour.seeds germination was investigated in this study.Allelochemicals were extracted from the fresh leaves,litters and humus soil after 9 months decomposition separately by mixed solvent impregnation.Little-polar allelochemicals and polar allelochemicals were separated by acetone two-phase solvent extraction from above extracted allelochemicals.The allelopathic effects on germination rate,germination viability,germination primrose and germinational end time of Amomum villosum Lour.seeds were determined with the allelochemicals at the concentration of 50,100 and 200 mg/L,respectively.The result showed that allelochemicals from flesh Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens leaves performed a exceeding inhibition on Amomum villosum Lour.seeds germination compared with control groups.Inhibition of allelochemicals from litters and humus soil after 9 months decomposition were not obvious on Amomum villosum Lour.seeds germination compared with control groups and flesh leaves groups;and its promoting effects on Amomum villosum Lour.seeds germination were observed.
