摘要
以聚丙二醇(PPG)、聚己内酯(PCL)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)和自制含氰基大分子二醇(PZJ)等为混合软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)等为硬段,合成含氰基水性聚氨酯乳液。通过红外光谱表征了含氰基聚氨酯膜的结构,用动态光散射法(DLS)测定了乳液的粒径及其分布,并研究了氰基含量对聚氨酯膜的附着力的影响。
A waterborne polyureth,ane emulsion with cyano group ( --CN )was prepared by using polypropylene glycol, polycaprolaetone, polycarbonate diol, the self-made polymeric glycol with cyano group as soft segment, isophorone diisocyanate as hard segment. The structure of the polyurethane film was characterized by infrared speclrum. The particle size and its distribution were determined by dynamic light scattering( DLS ). Furthermore, the influences of cyano group content on the adhesion of polyurethane film was investigated.
