摘要
目的 :减少异位妊娠患者保守治疗过程中接受的氨甲喋呤剂量。 方法 :将血 HCG<50 0 0 IU/L的未破裂异位妊娠、且要求保守治疗的患者随机分为 2组 , 组单次肌注氨甲喋呤 50 mg, 组氨甲喋呤剂量按 50 mg/m2计算单次肌注 ,平均剂量为 79.17± 8、2 0 mg,并观察治疗效果。结果 :两组治疗成功率相同 ,血 HCG降到正常的时间相当。结论 :对于血 HCG<50 0 0 IU/L者可采用 50 mg氨甲喋呤单次肌注。
Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To reduce the amount of methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]All unrupture ectopic pregnancy patients with blood HCG<5000IU/L treated with methotrexate were divided into two groups randomly.They received methotrexate 50mg or 50mg/m 2 separately.Their clinical effects were observed.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]There were no marked differences in cure rate and the mean time from treatment initiation to resolution of the blood HCG titer.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]We can use lower dose methotrexate for therapy of ectopic pregnancy with blood HCG<5000IU/L than the dose of 50mg/m 2.
