甘精胰岛素对血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的临床效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨甘精胰岛素对血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选择我院2型糖尿病血糖控制不佳患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予甘精胰岛素,对照组给予诺和锐。观察两组患者血糖控制情况和血糖波动情况。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血糖样本标准差和极差显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素对血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者治疗效果显著,治疗期间血糖波动小,且低血糖发生率低,值得借鉴。
