骨髓增生异常综合征35例临床疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨骨髓增生异常综合征临床诊断及治疗情况。方法对我院2009年7月至2011年9月35位骨髓增生异常综合征患者病例进行回顾性分析。结果 35例患者均根据病情予以对症支持治疗,其中8例患者口服全反式维甲酸;2例患者予以皮下注射干扰素;4例患者口服维生素D3;6例患者口服康力龙;5例患者联合应用康力龙+维生素D3;9例患者予以口服沙利度胺;1例患者予以小剂量HA方案化疗,35例患者经治疗后完全缓解12例、部分缓解14例、有效7例。结论 MDS的诊断应以细胞形态学作为基础,以细胞遗传学、分子生物学及免疫学指标为辅助,确定存在MDS异常造血克隆,明确MDS的亚型,从而进一步明确治疗方案,且在今后的临床及科研工作中继续探索更为有效的治疗MDS的方法,防止和阻断疾病的发展。
