加入WTO ,人们通常说有利有弊而利大于弊 ,又说机遇与挑战并存 ,如何认识机遇与挑战 ?作者就我国加入WTO金融业所面临的机遇与挑战进行了全面分析 ,为抓住机遇迎接挑战并获取尽可能大的利益提出了较完整的对策。文中特别强调要“入世”(加入世界贸易组织 ) ,先“入市”(向市场经济转轨 )
It is supposed that there are advantages and disadvantages; opportunities and challenges in being admitted into WTO.But what are they?Here is a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges confronting China's finance and a complete set of countermeasures to secure the greatest benefit by grasping the opportunities and meeting the challenges. The author puts special emphasis on “entering the market' prior to “entering WTO'.That is to say:China must first take measures to establish a market financial system to meet effectively the challenges incurred by joining WTO.
