1999年东北亚地区各国经济出现了程度不同的复苏迹象 ,但危机因素仍在 ,有的还很严重 ,因此说东北亚地区经济的复苏具有很大的脆弱性。 2 0 0 0年以后东北亚地区各国经济将陆续走出低谷 ,踏上复苏之路 ,不过时间将有早晚之分 ,速度将有快慢之别 ,路上的坎坷将有多少之异。
Signs of economic recovery in the Northeast Asian countries were clearly seen in 1999, but crisis factors still exist and some of them are even severe. It can thus be concluded that the economic recovery in the Northeast Asian region is still frail. The economies of the Northeast Asian countries, as predicted, will gradually move up from the bottom of the valley, embarking on the path of recovery, but on the way these countries will meet different obstacles, have different development speeds and achieve the goal at different times.
