摘要
卵巢癌是女性最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,卵巢癌动物模型包括:自发瘤模型、异种移植瘤模型、化学药物诱导肿瘤模型以及基因工程改造模型等。随着基因工程小鼠(GEM)、同基因型肿瘤模型、异种移植瘤模型以及活体动物体内成像技术的应用,使得这一类临床前研究变得更加完善。卵巢癌动物模型的建立有助于更好地探索卵巢癌的本质,探讨卵巢癌的发生、发展规律及探索新的、有效的卵巢癌治疗方案。
Ovarian carcinoma is one of the most common and lethal gynecological malignancies.This review describes some of the experimental animal models of ovarian carcinoma,including spontaneous,xenografted,chemically induced and genetically engineered models.Consideration has also been given to the recent progress in modeling ovarian cancer using spontaneous and induced ovarian surface epithelium transformation.Animal models which accurately represent the cellular and molecular changes associated with the initiation and progression of human ovarian cancer have significant potential to facilitate the development of better detection and treatment.
