摘要
目的探讨钛捆绑带结合加长柄生物型人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对2006年1月至2011年1月收入我科的23例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用钛捆绑带结合加长柄生物型人工全髋关节置换术进行治疗,评价其临床疗效与安全性。结果所有患者随访6月～38月,按Harris髋关节功能评定,优7例,良10例,中5例,差1例,优良率为73.91%,患者满意度100%;无骨折畸形、人工关节脱位、感染、假体松动、假体下沉等情况发生。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折,钛捆绑带结合生物型假体行全髋关节置换术是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment using lengthened-handle biotype total hip arthroplasty with spiral cerelage band on aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Twenty-three patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our department from January 2006 to January 2011, treated with lengthened-handle biotype total hip arthroplasty with spiral cerclage band, were selected. The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results All the patients were followed up from 6 to 38 months. The function of the hip was graded with Harris system ： excellent in 7 cases, good in 10 cases, fair in 5 cases, and poor in 1 case. The percentage of excellent and good was 73.91% and total patient satisfaction was 100%. No fracture deformity, artificial joint dislocation, infection, loosening, and down-place occurred. Conclusion For aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, lengthened- handle biotype total hip arthroplasty with spiral cerclaged band is a safe and efficient method.
