摘要
技术创新是中小企业永葆活力、立于不败的法宝,扶持中小企业技术创新是推动国家经济增长的源泉之一。但是中小企业技术创新有其自身难以克服的缺陷,因而需要政府的大力扶持。许多发达国家政府在扶持中小企业技术创新政策方面有诸多成功经验,值得我国政府和中小企业借鉴。
Technological innovation is a magic weapon of keeping vigour forever and remaining invincible for SMEs. To sup- port technological innovation of SMEs is one of the source of promoting economic increase of the country. But technological innovation for SMEs has its own difficult - overcoming defect. As a result, it needs the government ＇ s energetic support. Many developed countries have a lot of successful experience on the government policy of supporting technological innovation of SMEs. It＇ s worth using for reference for our country and SMEs.
