基于粗糙集理论的港口耦合测度研究 被引量:2

A Study on Port Coupling Level Based on Rough Set Theory

摘要 针对国际环境变化下港口间盲目竞争的现状,提出港口间特别是港口群内港口间应该选择协同发展保持竞争力。为了更好地帮助港口进行功能定位和资源优化配置,在阐述港口耦合度与协同发展水平关系的基础上,构建了港口群系统耦合测度模型,依据耦合度大小描述了港口群内港口的不同耦合模式;并利用基于信息熵的粗糙集约简方法定量对系统序参量指标属性权重和属性重要性进行求解;最后通过对山东半岛港口群系统进行实证分析,测度了港口群内港口间耦合状态和协同发展水平,验证了耦合测度模型的有效性。 The change of international environment leads to blind competition between ports.In order to keep a suatainable development and competitiveness,ports shoud develop in a synergetic way,which could better help ports with functional positioning and optimal distribution of resources.With introduction of the relationship between coupling level and synergetic development,this article constructs a coupling measurement model of the port cluster system.Then it describes the various patterns with different coupling level.With the method of rough sets reduction based on information entropy,index attribute weight and attribute significance are calculated.Finally the paper makes an empirical analysis of the Shandong Peninsula port cluster system to measure the coupling level and verify the validity of the model.
