摘要
目的:探讨和研究电针结合微波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床要点和疗效。方法:近年来收治32例此类患者采用电针结合微波治疗作为观察组,同期收治32例采用单纯电针治疗患者作为对照组,对两组的治疗效果进行了对比。结果:观察组的显效率和总有效率分别为84.38%和96.88%;对照组的显效率和总有效率分别为50.00%和75.00%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合微波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效明显优于单纯的电针治疗,是安全有效的。
Objective： To explore and study clinical features and efficacy of electro - acupuncture combined with microwave in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders. Method：for removal of treated in our hospital32 cases of such patients by electroacupuncture combined with microwave therapy as the observation group,32 cases treated by simple simultaneous electroacupuncture treatment of patients served as a control group, two groups of patients with treatment effect are compared. Results：in the observation group the significant effective rate and total effective rate were 84. 38% and 96. 88% ;a control group of patients with significant effective rate and total effective rate were 50% and 75% , the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： electroacupuneture combined with microwave in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders curative effect is obviously superior to the single eleetroacupuneture therapy, is safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
