摘要
目的:分析探讨酮替芬治疗难治性咳嗽的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将96例难治性咳嗽患者随机均分为观察组和对照组各48例,观察组应用酮替芬治疗,对照组以止咳散为主加减治疗,疗程均4周,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率91.67%,对照组有效率81.25%,观察组临床有效率显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用酮替芬治疗难治性咳嗽有良好临床效果。
Objecive： To observe the clinical effects of ketotifen in the treatment of refractory cough. Method：96 patients with refractory cough were divided into 2 groups： the observation group with ketotifen and the control group with cough powder, the curative effects were compared between the two groups after 2 -week treatment. Resuh：The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.67%, the total effective rate in the control group was 81.25% , it significantly higher than control group. Conclusion： Ketotifen is effective in treatment of patients with refractory cough and worthy of clinical use.
