摘要
目的:总小儿病毒性脑炎的临床特征,探讨其治疗方法及随访结果。方法:收治114例小儿病毒性脑炎患者,观察其发病情况,并进行辅助检查,给予吸氧、镇静、止痉、降颅压、维持水电解质平衡、合理营养供给、抗感染、营养脑神经药物等综合性治疗。结果:本组患儿114例,痊愈104例;死亡6例,4例死于病程中持续昏迷、抽搐、消化道出血等多脏器功能衰竭,2例死于神经源性肺水肿。好转6例,但出院时仍遗留有神经系统后遗症,其中癫痫2例,运动障碍偏瘫2例,颅神经麻痹1例,精神障碍2例,语言障碍1例。结论:小儿病毒性脑炎多数以临床症状、脑电图检查可作出正确诊断,对其早期的综合治疗,可降低小儿病毒性脑炎的病死率,减少后遗症发生。
Objective：to total viral encephalitis in children clinical features, explore the methods of treatment and follow - up resuits. Methods： through observation from 2008 to 2011,114 cases of viral encephalitis in children patients with incidence, and auxiliary examination, give oxygen, sedation, spasmolysis, intracranial pressure, maintaining water and electrolyte balance, reasonable nutrition, infections, nutrition of brain nerve medicine comprehensive therapy. Resuits ： 114 cases, 104 cases were cured ;6 cases died,4cases died in the course of persistent coma, convulsions, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, multiple organ failure, 2 cases died of neurogenic pulmonary edema. 6 cases were improved, but still left at discharge had neurological sequelae including 2 cases of epilepsy, movement disorders in 2 cases of hemiplegia, cranial nerve palsy in 1 cases, 2 cases with mental disorders, language disorders in 1 cases. Conclusion： children viralencephalitis in most clinical symptoms, EEG examination can make a correct diagnosis, the early comprehensive treatment of children with viral encephalitis, can reduce the case fatality rate, reduce the sequelae.
