摘要
目的:探讨对异位妊娠患者行期待疗法的条件和疗效。方法:对60例异位妊娠患者予以临床期待疗法治疗。结果:60例患者中50例自愈,自愈率为83.3%(50/60),血HCG恢复正常平均时间为14.27～19.48天,盆腔包块消失时间2～6周。结论:对于血HCG<2001U/L的异位妊娠患者进行期待疗法是安全可靠的,且操作简单、无创伤。
Objective： To study the expectations of patients with ectopic pregnancy and effi - caey of treatment conditions. Methods ： Totally 60 patients in our hospital in patients with elctopic pregnancy treatment to clinical expectations. Results ： In 60 patients, 50 cases of self - healing, self - healing rate was 83.3% （50/60） , mean time to restore norreal blood HCG 14. 27 - 19.48 days and plvic mass disappeared whe adked 2 to 6 weeks. Conclusion ： Blood HCG 〈 2001U/L in patients with ectopic pregnancy expectant treatment is safe and reliable, and simple, non - invasive,the nethod is worthey of promotion and application.
