摘要
介绍管道应力分析的内容及重要性,用CAESARII软件对氨合成塔底部废锅到热交换器的管道进行应力计算与优化,并总结用CAESARII软件进行管道应力分析的注意事项。
The importance,aims and contents of pipe stress analysis are presented in this paper.By means of CAESARII,the stress calculation and piping optimization has been made for the pipe running from the waste heat boiler at the bottom of ammonia converter to the heat exchanger.The points for attention in pipe stress analysis by CASESARII software are briefly summarized in this paper.
