摘要
目的:分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术并发症的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析612例接受CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检患者的临床资料,观察并发症发生情况及影响因素。结果:活检后出现的并发症包括145例出现气胸,其中4例为大量气胸;166例出现针道周围渗血,其中47例出现痰中带血,大咯血4人;12例出现少量胸腔积液;1例发生急性胸膜反应。无感染、大量出血、血胸、空气栓塞、针道种植等严重并发症发生。结论:病灶周围肺部基本情况、病灶大小、深度、病灶性质是影响CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术并发症的主要因素。
Objective To analyze the influence factors of the complications caused by lung puncture biopsy guided by CT.Methods six hundred and twelve patients undergoing CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy were retrospectively analyzed for the influence factors of the complications.Results Of the 612 cases,there were 145 ones of pneumothorax with 4 ones of large pneumothorax,166 ones of bleeding around the needle tract with 47 ones of bloody sputum and 4 ones of hemoptysis,12 cases of pleural effusion and 1 case of acute pleural reaction,and there was no severe complications such as infection,hemorrhage,hemothorax,air embolism and needle tract seeding.Conclusion The influence factors of the complications of CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy include pulmonary condition around the lesion and the size,depth and property of the lesion.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33（6）：61-62]
