摘要
用上海团结普瑞玛激光设备公司的SLC-X1225-H型激光焊接机,配置数控送丝系统对厚为2~6mm的30CrMoSiA钢作了激光填丝拼焊的焊接试验。研究了激光功率、材料厚度、焦点位置、喷嘴高度、送丝速度、保护气体等参数对焊接速度、熔透率和焊接质量的影响。
Using Shanghai Unity Prima company' SLC-XI225-H laser welding CNC positioning table with CNC filler wire unit,The relationship between these parameters ( laser power,material thickness,focus position,nozzle height,wire feed rate,and shielding gas) and welding performance was examined in welding 2-6 mm thickness of 30CrMoSiA steel. The results show that the full set of C02 laser filler wire welding system can be put into production under industrial environment.
