摘要
目的探讨芪丹消渴剂联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月-2010年12月期间糖尿病肾病患者78例，并随机分为观察组与对照组各39例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用中药复方芪丹消渴剂口服治疗。4周为1个疗程，两组均治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后尿清蛋白排泄率（UAER）、24h尿蛋白定量、尿p2微球蛋白（B2-MG）、血清清蛋白（ALB）、血肌酐（SCr）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）等指标变化。结果疗程结束后观察组UAER、24h尿蛋白定量、尿B2-MG及SCr水平均明显降低，治疗过程中不良反应少，观察组总有效率为87．18％，对照组则为58．97％，两组相比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论芪丹消渴剂联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Qi Dan wasting-thirst dose combined with Western medicine treatment for early diabetic nephropathy. Methods To choose 78 cases diabetic nephropathy patients, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases for each group, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with the way of the control group and added traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions Qi Dan wasting-thirst dose to take orally.Four weeks for one course of the treatment, two groups were all treated for three course of the treatments.To observe the target change of urinaly albumin excretion rate（UAER）, 24 hours urinary protein quantity, β 2-micro-globulin（ β 2-MG）, serum albumin（ALB）, serum creatinine（SCr）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and so on , after or before the treatment .Results The end of course of the treatment, the UAER, 24 hours urinary protein quantity, β 2-MG and SCr level in the observation group were evident lower, and the untoward effects were less in the course of the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.18%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 58.97%, there were statistical significance in two groups（P〈0. 05）oConelusion Qi Dan wasting-thirst dose combined with Western medicine treatment for early diabetic nephropathy has exact effect.
