摘要
目的探讨利维爱联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将78例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例，对照组使用甲硝唑泡腾片阴道放药治疗，观察组在此基础上口服利维爱。结果两组患者治疗后除子宫内膜厚度外其余各指标均较治疗前明显改善，治疗后组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）治疗两个月后观察组总有效率为100．00％，对照组为79．49％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论利维爱联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎，疗效满意，能有效控制近期复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of livial combined with metronidazole in the treatment for senile vaginitis. Methods We selected 78 cases of senile vaginitis patients. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group had 39 cases which applied metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets vagina medicine treatment. The observation group had 39 cases which gained livial oral based on control group. Results After the treatment, every index of the patients was significantly improved except for endometrial thickness. There were significant differences before and after the treatment in the same group（ P〈0.05 ）. It was also significantly different between the two groups after the treatment（ P〈0.05 ）. Two months after the treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 100.00%, and 79.49% in control group. It was significantly different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment for senile vaginitis, livial combined with metronidazole has satisfactory curative effect and can control the recent relapse rate effectively.
