摘要
中国与越南在政治、经济方面的相似性,使得两国的证券市场在市场结构、政策特征、不完善性等方面具有较多的相似之处;两国的国情差异则导致两国证券市场在管理制度、股权结构、规模、市场准入等许多方面存在明显的不同。文章提出两国均需要针对自身证券市场的不足采取积极的改善措施。
China and Vietnam are similar to each other in politics and economy,leading to the similar security markets of the two countries in market structure, policy character, market imperfection and so on. Different national conditions lead to China＇s security market obviously different from Vietnam in many aspects such as management system, equity structure, scales of security market, access to market system and so forth. Consequently, both of the two countries mentioned above should take effective measures to deal with the problems of their own security market.
