摘要
目的探讨脑室出血的治疗方法,以供临床参考。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2011年3月收治的45例脑室出血患者的临床资料,总结患者的治疗方法,比较不同方法治疗的患者并发症发生情况及预后情况,分析各种治疗方法的优势和缺点。结果 45例患者均经过我院明确诊断,其中23例患者采用微创治疗,16例患者采用脑室外引流手术治疗,6例患者采用保守治疗方法。患者治愈23例,好转13例,植物状态3例,死亡6例。采用神经功能缺损评分对三组患者比较,保守治疗组患者缺损评分明显高于其他两组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论脑室出血患者病情变化快,患者病死率高,临床应根据患者的实际情况,合理选择治疗方法,以降低患者病死率。
Objective Treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage,for clinical reference.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were treated 45 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage in patients with clinical data of the patient＇s treatment,comparing different methods of treatment and prognosis of patients with complications were the case,analysis of treatment advantages and disadvantages.Results 45 patients were diagnosed through the hospital,of which 23 patients were treated with interventional treatment,16 patients were treated with surgical ventricular drainage,six patients were treated with conservative treatment.Patients cured 23 cases,improved in 13 cases,vegetative state in 3 cases,6 died.The use of neurological deficit scores compared three groups of patients,conservative treatment group defect score was significantly higher than the other two groups,P0.05,significant difference.Conclusion Intraventricular hemorrhage in the patient＇s condition changes quickly,patients with high mortality,patients should be based on the actual clinical situation,a reasonable choice of treatment to reduce mortality.
