摘要
目的观察立体心电向量图心室复极的特点,测定心室复极参数,与平面心电向量图进行对比分析。方法对33例正常人同时进行平面心电向量图、立体心电向量图检查,测定立体心电向量T环的最大向量、T环的方位、最大向量仰角、最大向量水平角、QRS-T夹角、ST向量值、ST向量仰角、ST向量水平角和平面心电向量图的额面、水平面、右侧面的T环最大向量、QRS-T夹角、ST向量,并进行统计分析。结果①T环最大向量振幅立体心电向量图与额面、水平面、右侧面相比差异均有显著性(0.30±0.17)mV比(0.18±0.08)mV、(0.17±0.12)mV、(0.18±0.11)mV,(P<0.05);②QRS-T夹角立体心电向量图与额面、水平面、右侧面相比差异也有显著性(59.6±46)°比(4.1±38)°、(24.4±48)°、(-10.6±113)°,(P<0.05);③ST向量振幅立体心电向量图与额面、水平面、右侧面相比差异都有显著性(0.08±0.06)mV比(0.06±0.51)mV、(0.05±0.52)mV、(0.06±0.62)mV,(P<0.05)。结论立体心电向量图心室复极参数比平面心电向量图准确,没有信息损失且测量简便。
Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the characters of ventricular repolarization of stereoelectrocardiogram,measuring and comparing parameters of ventricular repolarization of stereoelectrocardiogram to vectorcardiogram.Methods 33 cases who were normal person by coronary arteriongraphy were checked by vectorcardiogram and stereoelectrocardiogram.Measuring and contrastiving analysis the data of the azimuth,maximum vector numerus,maximum vector elevation angle,maximum vector horizontal angles of T loop,included angle of QRS-T,maximum vector numerous,vector elevation angle,vector horizontal angles of ST vector on stereoelectrocardiogram and maximum vector numerous of T loop,included angle of QRS-T,vector numerous of ST vector on vectorcardiogram in frontal plane,horizontal plane and right-sidedness plane.Result Maximum vector numerous of T loop on stereoelectrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram in frontal plane,horizontal plane and right-sidedness plane had significantly different(0.30±0.17)mV vs(0.18 ±0.08)mV,(0.17±0.12)mV,(0.18±0.11)mV,(P0.05);Included angle of QRS-T on stereoelectrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram in frontal plane,horizontal plane and right-sidedness plane had significantly different(59.6±46)° vs(4.1±38)°,(24.4±48)°,(-10.6±113)°,(P0.05);Maximum vector numerous of ST vector on stereoelectrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram in frontal plane,horizontal plane and right-sidedness plane had also significant different(0.08± 0.06)mV vs(0.06±0.51)mV,(0.05±0.52)mV,(0.06±0.62)mV,(P0.05).Conclusion Parameters of ventricular repolarization on stereoelectrocardiogram is more accuracy and convenience than vectorcardiogram.
