摘要
介绍了生物柴油的生产工艺路线、产品性能和原料要求,重点阐述了第二代生物柴油(即直接加氢脱氧、加氢脱氧异构工艺)开发与生产的现状,展望了生物柴油技术的发展前景。第二代生物柴油技术是今后的重点发展方向,我国应该加大其技术研发的力度,同时还要积极开发第三代生物柴油新技术,使生物柴油在石油替代。
The production process route, product performance and material requirements of biodiesel are introduced. In particular, the technology development and production status of second-generation hiodiesel that has been produced by direct hydrogenation deoxidation and hydrodeoxygenation heterogeneous process are focused. The prospects of biodiesel technology are proposed. The second-generation biodiesel is the focus in the future. The technology research and development should be strengthened in China. At the same time, the third-generation biodiesel technology should be actively developed as well. It makes the biodiesel playing more and more important roles in meeting the increasing energy needs in China.
