摘要
目的探讨正常心电图(ECG)的一些变异现象。方法对1993年～2011年本院17～40岁6800名体检者12导联心电图进行回顾性分析。结果 4640名(68.24%)心电图正常,136名(2%)为异常心电图,2024名(29.76%)心电图为超出正常心电图诊断标准的非异常心电图现象,表现为:短PR间期;PⅡ倒置;心率(HR):40～60次/min,HR:100～110次/min;不完全右束支传导阻滞(ICRBBB);左室高电压;异常Q波及胸导R波递增不良;SⅠSⅡSⅢ;STV3～V6抬高>0.3～0.5 mV;轻度心电轴偏移及心脏轻度转位;偶见室上性或室性早搏。经进一步超声心动图(UCG)、动态心电图(Holter)、胸部X线等检查,随访3～6个月,均为无心血管疾病的正常人。结论这些超出正常心电图诊断标准的非异常的心电图现象是在健康人群中心电图的正常变异。
Objective To explore some variation about normal electrocardiograph（ECG）.Methods 6800 people aged 17~40 who had health physical examination in our hospital from 1993~2011 were reviewed.Results The ECG of 4640（68.24%） people are normal,136（2%） were abnormal.The rest 2024（29.76%） people probably had some ECG variation as follows： shorter PR interval（PR0.12 s）;PⅡ upside down;heart rate（HR）： 40~60 beats/min,HR： 100~110 beats/min;incomplete right bundle branch block（ICRBBB）;left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH）;abnormal Q;RV1~RV5amplitude were not increasing;SⅠSⅡSⅢ;STV3~V6 elevation0.3~0.5 mV;Heart electrical axis is somewhat deviation and heart position is somewhat shift;occasional superventricular premature beats or ventricular premature beats,etc.They were finally diagnosed as normal healthy people after 3~6 months follow-up with ultrasonic cardiogram（UCG）,Holter and chest X rays,etc.Conclusion These abnormal ECG beyond normal ECG diagnosis standards are variation of normal ECG in health people.
