双胎之一葡萄胎误诊为卵巢过度刺激综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 完全性葡萄胎与胎儿共存（CHMF）非常罕见，占妊娠总数的1／100000—1／2200。但随着辅助生殖技术及促排卵药物的应用，增加了多胎妊娠的发生率，也增加了葡萄胎的发生率删。我院收治1例非典型病例，现就其临床资料结合相关文献讨论如下。
