摘要
根据生物组合及岩石组合在纵横二向上的有规律变化,把贵州及邻区湄潭早期的岩相古地理划分为二个沉积体系、六个相。
On the basis of researches made by predecessors and according to the association features of paleobiology and sedimentary rocks, the lithofacies and palaeogeographycan be divided into two depositional systems and six facies, which are as follows: Ⅰ. Clastic Neritic Depositional System:
1. Littoral Facies; 2. Transitional Facies;
3. Neritic Shelf Facies; 4. Shelf Edge Swell Facies.
Ⅱ. Semi-deep Sea--Deep Sea Basin Facies:
1. Semi-deep Sea Basin Facies; 2. Deep Sea Basin Facies.
This is a neritic shelf depositional system that is composed of an inversed grain type depositional sequence formed by the gradual progress of sand body- from the -coast to the shelf. Judged by the regional features, it doesn't belong to a sea-ebbing sequence formed by the uprising of the earth crust.
