摘要
采用紫外线对四环素生产菌金色链霉菌 4- 2 8的原生质体进行诱变处理 ,选育得到一株高产突变株 H32 - 37。该菌在形态上与出发菌株存在明显差异 :菌落小 ,呈圆形或梅花形 ,表面粗糙 ,孢子丰富 ,孢子颜色深 ,四环素生产能力比出发菌株提高 2 3.9%。研究了其发酵性能 ,优化了培养基组成和发酵工艺条件 ,使四环素效价提高了 44 .4%。
Protoplast of the Streptomyces aureofaciens 4 28 strain was mutated by UV, a high yielding strain H32 37 was obtained. The apparent differences in morphology between the strain H32 37 and the parent strain were as follows: the colony is smaller,round shape or plum blossom shape, rough surface,spores output plentiful, deep gray. Its tetracycline production is 23.9% higher than that of the parent. The fermentation characteristics were investigated, the medium and fermentation condition were optimized. Under the optimum condition,the tetracycline activity increased by 44.4% in comparison with that of the parent one.
