摘要
目的 :用荧光分光光度法测定氧氟沙星滴眼液、滴耳液中的主药氧氟沙星含量。方法 :样品液经蒸馏水稀释后 ,以 330nm为激发波长 ,46 0nm为发射波长 ,用荧光分光光度法测定其含量。结果 :氧氟沙星在 0 .0 1~ 2 .0 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围呈良好线性 ,回归方程为 :Y =32 .6 3C - 0 .17,r =0 .9999。滴眼液及滴耳液的回收率分别为 99.9% (RSD =0 .8% ,n =5 )和 99.5 %(RSD =0 .4% ,n =5 )。结论 :本法简便易行 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE:A method with fluorospectrophotometry was established for the determination of ofloxacin in eye drops and ear drops.METHODS:Samples were treated with distilled water.The excitation wavelength was 330 nm,and the emission wavelength was 460 nm.RESULTS:Linear relationship was found in the ofloxacin concentration ranging from 0.01 μg·ml -1 to 2.00 μg·ml -1 .The correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 .The recoveries of amount for these preparations were individually found to be 99.9% ( RSD = 0.8% , n =5) and 99.5% ( RSD = 0.4% , n =5).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.This method can be used to determine ofloxacin in eye drops and ear drops.
