摘要
目的:了解全国医疗机构监督、采供血卫生监督岗位设置情况及人员的学历、学位和专业基本信息,为医疗机构监督、采供血卫生监督岗位的建设发展提供参考。材料与方法:对全国卫生监督员进行普查,获取医疗机构监督、采供血卫生监督岗位人员基本信息,利用SPSS 16.0进行数据分析。结果:医疗机构监督设岗比例西部和县级最低,分别占42.84%和41.37%;采供血卫生监督设岗比例中部和县级最低,分别占3.57%和3.54%,且人员均数不足2人;人员学历均以专科为主;学位均以无学位为主;专业均以公共卫生与预防医学、临床医学为主。结论:全国已有部分机构设置医疗机构、采供血卫生监督岗位,但部分机构的人数还不足,需继续加强人才建设;人员的学历学位水平较低,无专业人员比例较高。
Objective To obtain the data of the health inspection positions for medical institutions and blood collection and supply and their personnel, to identify problems and provide suggestions. Method Census was used to obtain the data. Result The proportion of health inspection agencies with health inspection position for medical institutions is the lowest in the east and at the county level;the proportion of health inspection agencies with health inspection position for blood collection and supply is the lowest in the middle and at the county level, and the average number of blood collection and supply health inspectors is less than two per agency;the majority of health inspectors graduated from technical school; most of them have no degree; health inspectors mainly obtained their degrees in public health and preventive medicine and clinical medicine. Conclusion The number of inspectors is still not enough, we need to increase the number of personnel. Part of the inspectors have low level of academic degrees, and there are many inspectors have no expertise.
