摘要
了解脑转移瘤CT表现 ,提高脑转移瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。对 10 4例手术和病理证实的脑转移瘤进行回顾性分析 ,10 4例脑转移瘤中 ,70例来源于肺癌 (6 7 3% ) ,12例来源于消化道癌肿 (11 5 4% ) ,鼻咽癌 6例 (5 77% ) ,淋巴瘤 4例(3 84% ) ,皮肤癌、黑色素瘤、卵巢癌各 2例 (1 92 % ) ,来源不明确 6例 (5 77% ) ,典型脑转移瘤CT表现特点有 :多发病灶 ,水肿广泛 ,结节或环形强化非典型表现的脑转移瘤应与脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤等鉴别。
To study the CT feature of brain metastasis,CT findings of 104 cases of brain metastasis proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analysed.70 cases originated from pulmonary cancers,12 cases from gastrointestina,6 cases from nasopharyngeal cancers,4 cases from lymphoma,2 cases from skin、melanoma and ovarian cancers each other,6 cases were indefinite.Typical CT findings of brain metastasis were:multiple focus,expansive edema,nodular or cyclical enhancement.A typical brain metastasis should differentiate with meningioma、astrocytoma etc.
