摘要
探讨了真丝织物用石榴色素的染色过程,并以K/S值为主要依据确定了最佳工艺,测试了染色真丝织物的色牢度和增重率。得到了石榴色素用于真丝织物最佳的染色工艺:石榴色素提取物浓度20g/L,染色温度70℃,染色时间60 min,pH为5,浴比1:40;结果表明:石榴色素用于真丝织物染色,可以得到较好的染色效果;并且可使真丝增重率达2.00%。
The dyeing course of silk fiber fabrics with granatum pigment was investigated, according to the K/S value, the optimal processes were confirmed, and the color fastness and weight gain rate of dyed fabrics were tested. The optimum conditions are defined as follows, the concentration 20g/L of granatum pigment extracts, dyeing temperature 70℃, dyeing time 60 min , pH value 5,liquor ratio 1： 40, The results showed that the good effect was achieved after dyeing with granatum pigment, and the weight gain rate of the dyed silk was 2.0%.
