摘要
目的 检测 VIP在单眼剥夺性弱视猫视皮层 17区的表达并探讨其在弱视发病中的意义。方法 采用免疫组化APA法对 7例正常猫和 8例单眼剥夺性弱视猫视皮层 17区免疫阳性神经元及神经纤维进行定位 ,并定量研究其变化。结果 在单眼剥夺猫剥夺侧 17区的 4层 VIP表达显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 单眼剥夺可造成剥夺侧视皮层 17区剥夺眼相应输入层次的 VIP表达下降 ,从而促进弱视的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the changes of VIP in area 17 in monocular deprivation cats,and discuss its role in the development of deprivation amblyopia.Methods 7 normal cats and 8 monocular deprivation cats were processed by immunocytochemical method APA to demonstrate the location of VIP in area 17;and the data were analysed.Results In the monocular deprivation cats,the number and grey level of VIP immunopositivity reduced greatly in ipsilateral layer 4( P <0.05).Conclusion Monocular deprivation in critical period of a newborn may lead to great changes of VIP in visual cortexlayeer 4,which receives imputs from the deprived eye.The results suggest that VIP can play an important role in the development of amblyopia.
