摘要
目的 探讨联合 PTK的全厚植片深板层角膜移植术的疗效。方法 对 12人 (12眼 )和 10只实验兔 (10眼 )采用联合 PTK的全厚植片深板层角膜移植术。结果 随访 12 wk,12人 (12眼 )植片全部透明 ,视力较术前明显提高 ,实验兔 (10眼 )病理组织学检查证明植床面近达后弹力层 ,且光滑平整 ,胶原纤维排列整齐 ,炎症反应及排斥反应轻 ,植片全部透明。结论 虽然 PTK不能保证完全达到后弹力层 ,但由于植床面平整光滑 ,故术后反应轻 ,视力恢好 ,植片透明度无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effect of full thickness lamellar keratoplasty combined with PTK(phototherapeutic keratectomy).Methods Twelve persons(12 eyes)and 10 rabbits(10 eyes)were performed by full thickness lamellar keratoplasty combined with PTK.Results Three months after surgery,all the grafts of 12 persons were transparent and their visual acuity was improved.Pathological examination of the rabbits(10 eyes) illuminated that ablation of the cornea approximately reached Bowman layer,and fibronection was smooth and regular,meanwhile the inflammation and rejection were lighter.Conclusion It is showed that although PTK can't reach Bowman layer completely,visual acuity is evaluated and the transparent of the grafts isn't affected because of the smooth ablation bed.
