摘要
目的 观察角膜碱烧伤后病理组织和纤维结合蛋白的变化 ,以探讨其在临床上的作用。方法 在家兔角膜碱烧伤模型中 ,用病理和免疫组化方法观察其变化。结果 10只眼在5~ 10 d发生角膜溃疡 ,5只眼在 7~ 12 d发生角膜穿孔。烧伤后角膜纤维连接蛋白(fibronectin,FN)增多 ,与炎症反应相一致。结论 FN参与角膜碱烧伤全过程 ,并担负修复和治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of pathology and fibronectin(FN) in corneal alkaline burn and to explore the clinical effects of FN.Methods Pathohistologic and immumohistochemical assay were used to observerve the changes of cornea in rabbit model after alkaline burn.Results Corneal ulcer occured in 10 eyes 5~11 day later, and corneal perforation occurred in 5 eyes 7~12 days later.After alkaline burn,FN increased in cornea coincide which was identical to the reaction of tissues.Conclusion FN is involved in the whole course of corneal alkaline burn and play a role of rehabilitation and treatment.
