摘要
要使钻机能够在极地气温(-60~-20℃)下正常作业,除合理布局外,还要给固控系统提供充足的热源,同时还必须有良好的保温系统。加热和保温系统既给操作者提供良好的工作环境,又能保证各种设备和材料在低温环境下正常工作。介绍了低温钻机固控系统的布局、供暖系统及保温系统的设计、保温和密封材料的选择。
The operating temperature of low temperature drill rig in polar region is round --60 to --20 ℃. To ensure normal drilling operation in such cold environment, except reasonable layout, enough heating and great heat preservation systems are all indispensable. Fine heating and heat preservation system can not only provide comfortable working environment for operators, but also ensure normal drilling operation of various equipments of the drilling system in low temperature environment. This thesis introduces the layout design of low temperature drill rig solid control system, the design of heating system and heat preservation system in detail, and also the selection of heat preservation and sealing materials.
