四肢长骨爆炸伤的动物实验 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察某型导弹战斗部对四肢的致伤规律与特点 ,为四肢爆炸伤的救治提供实验依据。方法采用某型导弹战斗部作为爆源 ,将绵羊45只呈扇形布放于距爆源不同距离处后引爆 ,致伤后进行病理解剖观察。结果在45只实验动物中 ,有23只(占51.1 %)于导弹战斗部爆炸后速发死亡 ;共有21只动物四肢长骨损伤 ,共有34处骨折 ,其中粉碎性骨折28处 ,占82.4 % ,且都合并有其它部位的损伤。结论在该现场试验中四肢长骨爆炸伤的发生率高 ,局部组织毁损严重 ,骨折多为粉碎性骨折 ,且合并伤多而重 ,因此需加强对四肢爆炸伤的早期救治 ,以降低死亡率和残废率。 Objective To investigate the law and characteristic of limb trauma caused by certain type of missile to provide basis for treating explosive limb trauma. Methods A total of 45 sheep were fixed in a sector-shaped field around the missile at different distances. The wounding effects of the missile were observed pathologically and anatonically after the explosion. Results Of the 45 sheep, 55.1% died immediately after injury. The morbidity of limb injury was 46.7%. The comminuted fracture accounted for 82.4% and the combined injury occurred more often. Conclusion The ratio of limbs hit by fragments of the missile is high and the wound is serious by damaged. Meanwhile, the fracture is more comminuted and combined injury occurs more often. Thus the first aid should be enforced to decrease the death and disability rates.
