摘要
本文报道急性大面积脑梗死并发急性胰腺炎1例,并对急性大面积脑梗死并发急性胰腺炎的可能机制进行探讨。急性大面积脑梗死患者并发急性胰腺炎后病情更加危重,临床上应予重视。
This paper reports a case of acute pancreatitis complicated by large cerebral infarction and discusses the pos- sible mechanism. The complication of acute pancreatitis may worsen the prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction for which much attention should be paid to it.
