摘要
抽水蓄能电站预留岩坎拆除爆破后需进行爆渣水下清挖,使出(进)水口边界和底高程满足设计流态要求,并确保机组首次启动安全。针对爆前水下地形、地质情况和爆后的爆破效果、清挖效果、清淤效果、未爆区位置与规模等,探讨了水下地形测量、水下视频检查及水下地质勘察等探查技术,形成了预留岩坎拆除爆破水下探查技术方法,并应用于湖北白莲河抽水蓄能电站工程。探查成果表明,水下探查技术能够较好地满足工程需求。
It is necessary to clean up the fragmental stones after the reserved rock bank in pumped-storage station is removed by blasting. The excavation must meet the requirements on boundary and bottom elevation design of outlet/inlet to guarantee the flow of outlet/inlet and the safety of first startup of unit. Based on underwater landform and geography before blasting, and the explosion, excavation and cleanup effects after blasting and the location and range of unexploded area, the survey technologies, such as underwater landform measurement, underwater video inspection and underwater geographic survey, are studied herein so as to make out a complete underwater survey technology for the reserved rock bank removed by blasting. These technologies are applied in Hubei Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power station project and achieve a good result.
