摘要 目的:介绍射频识别(RFID)技术的基本原理,以及其在医疗领域的主要应用。方法:对RFID系统的组成部分和各部分的设计方案进行详述;列举其在医疗领域有代表性应用的7个方面。RFID系统主要由电子标签、阅读器及数据库系统3部分组成,电子标签记录存储信息,利用射频信号及蓝牙技术进行通信。结果:RFID技术可以应用于医疗领域中患者病案信息、医疗设备信息、医疗药品信息等方面。结论:RFID技术较为成熟,应用成本低廉,在医院的广泛使用能够有效提高工作效率,减少失误,并可降低医疗成本,其应用前景非常广泛。 Objective: To introduce the basic principle of radio frequency identification (RFID) and its application to medical field. Methods: The components of RFID system and their design, were elaborated in details. The application of RFID to seven aspects of medical field was listed. The RFID system consisted of three parts, the electronic tag, reader and the database system. The electronic tag recorded information, using the RF signal and the bluetooth technology to communicate. Results: RFID technology could be applied in medical record information, medical equipment information, drug information and so on. Conclusion: RFID technology is more mature, and the cost is cheap. The extensive application of RFID technology can help to improve working efficiency and reduce the mistakes and medical cost.
