激光测距在带钢炉内微张力的PLC控制系统的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了精确测量带钢在作业线炉内的微张力大小,利用激光测距的原理,设计了基于激光测距的PLC控制系统。实际运行结果表明:该系统不但能够对微张力实现实时测控,而且不受板厚、材质的影响,根据测量信号实时调节驱动装置,有效地保证带钢运行平稳,避免事故的发生。 In order to accurately measure the tension of band steel in the kerosene stove, on the basis of laser measuring distance , the PLC control system based on laser measuring distance is designed. The result of real run- ning indicates that the tension is real time measured and controlled by the system , and the system is not effected by the thickness of the steel plates and material. According to the measuring signal, the driving devices are real time adjusted, and the band steel is stably running. So the accident isn' t produced.
