磷酸酯淀粉在粘胶纱低温上浆中的应用研究

摘要 为了提高变性淀粉浆料在粘胶经纱低温上浆中的应用,制备了一系列具有不同取代度的磷酸酯淀粉。研究了温度变化对磷酸酯变性淀粉浆液性能和对粘胶纤维粘附性能的影响,探讨了磷酸酯淀粉在不同温度下对粘胶经纱上浆性能的影响。结果表明:磷酸酯化变性能够使浆液在温度低至80℃时仍具有良好的粘度稳定性;对粘胶纤维的粘附力随着磷酸酯淀粉取代度的提高而增大;磷酸酯化变性有利于改善在低温条件下对粘胶经纱的上浆性能,能使淀粉浆液在温度低至60℃时,仍对粘胶经纱具有较好的上浆性能。 In order to improve the serviceability of modified starch for sizing viscose warp yarns, a series of starch phosphate with different degree of substitution were prepared. The influences of temperature variation on the size paste of starch phosphate, adhesion and sizing properties of viscose warp yarns were studied. The result shows that starch phosphate can keep better stability of viscosity when the temperature is as low as 80℃. The adhesion of starch phosphate to viscose fiber increases with the increase in the degree of substitution of the modified starch. The modification is favorable to the improvement on sizing properties of starch under lower sizing temperature. Better effect on sizing viscose warp yarns can be obtained even if the temperature of size liquid is as low as 60℃.
